Refund Policy
Diving on the Moon – Matías Urso Freije
At Diving on the Moon, we aim to provide our clients with a safe and enjoyable diving experience. This Refund Policy explains under what conditions refunds are granted for booked activities.
1. Cancellations by the Client

More than 48 hours in advance: If the client cancels the booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled activity, a full refund will be issued.

Less than 48 hours in advance: If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity, the amount paid will not be refunded.

No-show: If the client does not attend the activity on the scheduled date and time, the booking will be considered consumed and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellations by Diving on the Moon
If an activity cannot take place due to:

adverse weather conditions,
-
safety reasons, or
-
decisions made by Diving on the Moon instructors,
the client will be offered the choice of:

rescheduling the activity to another available date, or
-
receiving a full refund of the booking.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be usally made using the same payment method originally used by the client.
4. Exclusion of the 14-Day Withdrawal Right
In accordance with consumer regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date or period of execution. Therefore, only the terms of this Refund Policy will apply once the booking is confirmed.
